For years I have always used the “big name” carpet cleaning companies to come out and clean my carpets. After too many times of being disappointed with the stains coming back and mediocre cleaning and customer service, I decided to try a local company. I have 3 dogs that are constantly tracking dirt from the yard everyday. Obviously, this creates very tough stains in my carpet. Every company I used in the past said they “tried their best” to get the stains out with little to no avail. Elite Carpet Cleaning was not only able to get out my tough stains, but my carpets look and smell brand new!! Elite also did a fantastic job on one of the sofas that the dogs lay on, as well as my tile in the kitchen area!!!!!

Across the span of 15 and a half years I had previously used several other carpet cleaning companies, and always found that their work didn’t hold up long. Seven years ago I called Elite to clean the carpets. I was amazed at the life brought back to them and pleased with how long the cleaning job held up. I’ve called Elite every year since then. Darren is a magician. There is simply no other word for it. My carpet is about 21 years old, and he not only brings it back to life each year, but makes it look renewed. He’s a joy to interact with because he’s also very polite as well as professional. One simply CAN’T go wrongly with Elite!

My experience with Elite Carpet Cleaning was incredible. They were reasonably priced and were able to come out very quickly, which was nice. They were very professional and did a phenomenal job. I had given up on my carpets and one of my couches and never dreamed that they could make them look like new again, but they did. After they left, I noticed a few dirty spots on my couch that they had cleaned. When I called him and sent him a picture, he immediately apologized and scheduled with me to come out and fix it. He fixed it and was so willing to do whatever he needed to do the job well. I will always call Elite when I need carpet or upholstery cleaned.
